To all of our family and close friends, we are very much looking forward to seeing you in London this Fall for Bex’s Bat Mitzvah.
We specifically organized the event around the Thanksgiving holiday long weekend so that our US family and friends could attend while still enjoying Thanksgiving in America. The plan would be to fly to London during the day on Friday, or take a Friday overnight to arrive in time for the Saturday festivities!
The service will be at ~5pm at West London Synagogue on the 24th of November 2018. The party will be right afterward in Notting Hill, and we have arranged transport to the venue.
For those who want to arrive early, we will be hosting Thanksgiving dinner as well as a Friday night Shabbat dinner. For those of you who are brave, you can arrive as late as Saturday morning and still have some time to shake off the jet lag and even sightsee before the festivities.
There are many, many great options for lodging in London. The closest hotel to us and the party venue is the
Hilton Kensington. Other options nearby include the DoubleTree by Hyde Park or the Holiday Inn Kensington
The
Lazlett is the closest boutique hotel, located just off of Notting Hill
Gate, very convenient to transport and shops, not far from us or the venue.
